This 3-day course has been developed with the goal to provide women managers with effective public speaking skills. The DAR²E course promotes short and efficient communication techniques to empower women speakers by focusing on presentation skills with and without slides. It is primarily focused on developing leadership potential for women when faced with public speaking situations.

DAR²E develops empathic leadership presentation and communication skills with a goal towards persuading audiences. It will allow participants to create a strong atmosphere of engagement, trust, and confidence by concentrating on proactive presenting skills, self-awareness, creating empathy and transmitting added value with persuasive messages.
